Colours

Colours can have a great impact on someone.

Let's start with red. Red is the colour of love. It is also the color of danger:) See the link?

Green is the colour of jealousy, but it is also the colour of creativity.

White is the colour of peace. It is also the colour of a Christian bride's wedding dress. But Hindus wear white when they are widowed!

Yellow is the colour of your eyes when they are tinged with jaundice. But they are also the colour of sunflowers..

Blue is the colour of the sea and the sky. Blue is said to have a calming effect on people. But when you say I'm feeling blue, it means that you are feeling sad. Blue is also one of the "somethings" that a Christian bride needs to have before she marries. When one is blue-blooded, it means that he or she belongs to royalty. Blue collar jobs are the so-called menial jobs that people do.

Orange is a bright, happy colour.

Black is the colour of the night. It connotes dark and sinister things. But it is also the colour you wear when you want to look slimmer.

Purple is a sign of royalty. We have the great band Deep Purple.

Pink is the colour of youth and vibrance. There is also an artiste named P!nk.

These are some of the basic colours that we see in our day-to-day life.

I LOVE colours!!!

Everything should be bright and happy. It can have a great impact on your moods.

This is more of a cultural organization of colors...some people do not take understand colors the same way. It only has the importance that we give it. By themselves, all colors are lovely; all colors could represent all things.
